ツアー概要 / Tour Outline:

⾏政や様々な企業にサービスデザインの⽂化が深く根付いているフィンランドにて、北欧の最新デザイン事情を深く理解し、サービスデザインに対する視野を広げることを⽬的としています。 ヘルシンキにある複数のデザインオフィスを訪れ、デザイン専⾨家と深く話し合うことで、彼らのデザイン哲学や実践へのニュアンスを探るツアー。

  • 1.フィンランドにおける社会課題や環境問題など、複雑なトピックに向き合う視点やデザインアプローチを学びます
  • 2.⾼度な知識を持つ⼈々との交流を持ち、異なる視点やアプローチに直接触れることで、⾃らの視野を広げます
  • 3.サービスデザイン専⾨家たちから、サービスデザインの現状や今後のチャレンジ・アプローチの⽅法について知⾒を深めます
  • 4.参加者との異業種交流による情報交換と⼈脈形成

    • The aim of this tour is to broaden your perspective on service design by gaining a deeper understanding of the latest Nordic design situation in Finland, where the culture of service design is deeply rooted in administrative organ and various companies. The tour will visit several design offices in Helsinki and have in-depth discussions with design professionals to explore the nuances of their design philosophy and practices.

  • 1.Learn the perspectives and design approaches to deal with complex topics such as social and environmental issues in Finland.
  • 2.Broaden their own perspectives by interacting with people of high caliber and being directly exposed to different perspectives and approaches.
  • 3.Deepen your knowledge of the current state of service design and future challenges and approaches from service design professionals
  • 4.Exchange information and network with participants from different industries

    This course is designed for the following people

    • Language level（English）: Business to Business level is recommended.
    • Position: 5 years or more of working experience is recommended / Occupation: Not required
    • Recommended for those who want to learn the current status and mindset of cutting-edge service design/ those who are involved in new business creation or service development for B2C and B2B in the corporate world/ those who want to understand the role of design in realizing a sustainable and regenerative society in a broader sense and take action. Design is not only for designers. This training is not only for designers, but also for a wide range of professionals such as planners, salespeople, engineers, and corporate staff.
